Very nice small business owner. He knows his smokes Eastern Europe food, helps pick the "best" if you ask. We've been coming here for years. All store bought sliced smoked salmon tastes old after opening package. The salmon here, properly stored in fridge compartment makes a bagel taste like it was served in a Jewish deli restaurant. Loyal fan of this store.

One of the best experiences I got today with maxing store!!! We was there first time but not last:) come back again for sure. And believe me, this place has mega-big selection of salmon product with unbeatable prices. Great costumer service, fresh produce. Thank you so much for your hard work!!! This place AMAZING

The gold standard for caviar and customer care. I have ordered from many high-end suppliers, but the three types of caviar (Chum salmon caviar XIP, Chum salmon caviar Copper River, and Pink salmon caviar Pacific Star) I recently received here were easily the best quality I have ever experienced. The attention to detail in he cure is impeccable. Each variety arrived perfectly salted with a clean fresh finish - absolutely none of that "fishy" oil smell you sometimes find with lesser brands. It's clear that the pricing is tiered honestly based on specific attributes of eggs (size, color, texture), but the consistency of the smoke and cure across the board is what sets them apart. Beyond the product, their integrity is unmatched. I had minor issue with a set once( likely due to a mishap during transit); even though caviar was still edible, the owner insisted on replacing the entire set immediately. That level of dedication to the customer experience is rare. Highly recommended! Steve S.
